WASHINGTON, DC - Neil Bradley, executive vice president and chief policy officer at the U.S. Chamber of Commerce, issued the following statement on the fourth anniversary of Russia’s unprovoked invasion of Ukraine:
"The U.S. Chamber’s support for Ukraine remains unbowed. We recognize the incredible resilience of the Ukrainian people in the face of unimaginable adversity, and are proud to acknowledge the vital role American businesses have played in providing humanitarian relief and economic stability since 2022. Many of these American businesses are being purposefully and repeatedly targeted by Russian forces and we want to especially recognize the sacrifices being made by these companies and their employees.
“It is imperative that our nation continue support the Ukrainian people as they fight to defend their country and democratic principles. Support for Ukraine is also essential for global stability and the transatlantic partnership. The U.S. Chamber, through our Ukraine Business Initiative, will continue to facilitate the engagement of U.S. companies to support both Ukraine’s future and our own.”
